TurboTax is great but here is a minor improvement.

I just completed my 2024 taxes. I have used TurboTax for many years, but now I am making Qualified Charitable Contributions. I did not find a place to enter this information when I chose to work on the items in the order that I preferred. I suggest that you add a question on charitable contributions asking if a QCD was made this year. I had to go into the worksheets to find a place to enter the QCD, but many people would not be comfortable going into the worksheets.

I have been using Turbo Tax since 1998. For the most part the latest version worked well. But I suggest that you add an instruction to tell users that they have to click on the Edit button to enter data on those pages where it applies. It is not intuitively obvious to a user that they have to do this when presented with a page that lists a large number of items to complete.

I found it very helpful and I'm very grateful for your gentle guidance. However, at the end it said that even if I e-filed that I needed to print send printed forms. I clicked on "explain" and I never found the explanation. I've never had to do that, is it new?

1. Update takes for ever. Says update will take 5 minutes for at least 10 minutes.
2. very slow on initial load.
3. Shuts off during start up after asking if you want to continue.
4. Costs way too much after years of using this product
