TurboTax is easy to use

This year filing taxes was easy, but I found couple of minor problems. Turbotax did not ask me to enter taxes withheld on the form 1099-G, so I had enter them manually into the form. It also asked me several times for the same information I entered such as routing number and bank account when I e-filed both federal and state.

surprise fees

the filling out of the tax information was good. I was disappointed during the filing with the surprise fees for filing, refund fee. having to supply account info after i just stated i want checks mailed to me. The fact that having any fees subtracted from the refund requires direct deposit should be clearly stated

TurboTax Serious Printing Issue

I have used Turbo Tax for over 15+ years and have enjoyed it reliability and ability to stay current with updates. This year is different! I have tax returns I cannot print and mail because of a program error. in researching, I see where a number of people also reported the exact same problem with the exact symptoms over a month ago.I am appalled that this has not been resolved and included in the updates. I check each week to see when I can print my tax returns for mailing.
