Now A Poor Resource

Previous years' tax information was no longer on my laptop. This seemed to be a problem for other users, as well. This made the process much more difficult.

turbo tax is user friendly

This is my fifth year using turbo tax. I find the step bty step walk through easy to use.
This years return was a little diferent than the prwvios four years. I was confussed regarding one specific point and decided to purchase live tax advisor. I promptly recieved a call back after requesting help. the tax advisor was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I will be usung turbo tax once again next year.

ALWAYS GOOD EXCEPT FOR AN UPDATE REQUIRED AFTER I HAD STARTED AND COMPLETED ALL INCME. THE UPDATE DELETED THE WORK I HAD DONE.
