TurboTax is great, but needs attention

Had difficulty e-filing an amended return. Initial attempt was aborted because updates needed to be installed. After installing updates I could not file the amended return.

2025 Operating system

Only issue I have is always needing to update my operating systems every year. I needed to use a differnt computer and was not able to import info from last year

Turbo not so user friendly this yeat

Not as easy to maneuver through certain areas as other years. Had to go back and forth in some areas when entering information. Noticed a glitch when entering info for myself and my wife, it showed my name and the portion for my wife did not show her name. The text on the software portion didn't show my wife's name and made it confusing. Finally I entered the info and hoped for the best in the end. It didn't show any errors so I'm assuming it took the info correctly. I was disappointed because it was frustrating. It made me feel like I was going around in circles and not getting past some points. Could be more user friendly. No problem in the past but this year's version of Turbo Tax I did not like.
