I have been using Turbo Tax for Years. Please don't make a lot of changes to it. This year the program seemed to skip taking me through all the steps. Not sure if I misunderstood a screen or not.
Suggestion: Would love the ability to print the screen that i am looking at.

Was on the phone for 3 hours to be able to download your product and then again for another hour because of issue with electronic filing. I am not a software expert but it appears that your software is still using same components from several years ago. Appearance and process appears to be unchanged.

I did this already but he system gets stuck after I submit my review. Turbo/Taxa is a really helpful and the staff is always ready to answer your question over the phone.

My go to tax program Ive used for many years now. turbo tax makes tax time simple an is so easy to use with their walk you through it format with out the "are you sure you want to do this?" I have seen from other programs. The confidence you can have knowing Turbo tax is making sure your are dong it right as you go.
