Turbo Tax: Easy to Use, Hidden Fee

Easy to file return and follow instructions. Uncool that I have to pay for software and $25 filing fee. There was a confusing $40 fee involved.

No state filing by any means.

Previous years no problem. This year Turbotax seems more interested in selling me additional stuff than on doing my tax return.
Tried to e-file state return. Needed to pay $15 (no problem). COULD NOT get to payment screen. Spent a lot of time with your agent to help with this. She could not get there either.
(OK, if you will not let me pay you to e-file, I'll just mail them in.) I am now in an endless loop trying to print a copy of my return. (Do you not employ any programmers? Does no-one check your system to see if it actually works as intended?). How can a print function be so complicated? I am going to continue to try to get a print-out of my return. I hate to think I wasted my money on getting the package that included state tax when I cannot get the results to the state by any means.

Like it, some glitches

In general, I like the program. This year when transmitting, it failed as I didn't have all the updates. Why wasn't there a notification before transmitting ie in the review process?

Product is good, but the amount you charge for efiling state returns and the amount you charge for a 2nd state is robbery.
