State tax fee ripoff

I don't understand why I always get charged for the 2 state filings I have to file. I purchase a deluxe package with one state filing free and never receive a free state filing. This has happened every year. Outside of that I really thing Turbo Tax is great and I do recommend it to other people I know.

Turbo Tax is easy to use. I've been using it for almost 15 years. Only concern is that the software is getting very expensive to purchase. Please keep the cost down as much as possible. I know several people who are planning to stop using your software for this reason only. Please keep this in mind. Thank you!

Poor Form Management

Takes too long to get forms online. Also, when your product tells me that a form is REQUIRED but you don't make it available, this is TERRIBLE customer service.

Turbotax needs work

Not as easy to use as previous CD based edition. Download procedure was not intuitive. Could not tell when various download stages were complete. User was often left wondering during processing delays as to what is supposed to be happening, how long something might take to download and how many more steps might be involved in the process.

TurboTax Has Served Me Well

I've used TurboTax for many years - I don't remember, but more than 20 years, I think.
I find it easy to use, knowledge base excellent, extremely helpful. I've never (knock on wood) had a problem with my returns as a result of using TurboTax to complete and file my taxes.
