TurboTax is pretty good

Not perfect, but nothing to be overly concerned about. If possible would have given 4.5 stars, a solid B+.
Room for improvement in visual presentation, like text box borders that are very faint -- hard to navigate if not using Tab key.
Near the end of the process, clicking on the "Print" button to see a hard copy of what is being filed results in a slight blink of the button, a notice that "this may take a few minutes," then . . . nothing. Zip Nada.
Neither of these affects the actual results -- accurate, reliable and thorough processing of information, even with ANY state's tax structure.

Have used turbo tax for many years, This was the worst experience I ever had. Things I used to do with a couple of clicks took numerous clicks, making it time-consuming to get anything done.

I already reviewed via the software. I will continue by saying thank you for Turbo Tax. I feel confident that I have included everything and it is accurate. Efile makes it so easy and more secure than sending it thru the postal system. And anytime I can get a direct deposit from anyone I go for it.
