Endless prompts to purchase "Add-Ons" or additional services combined with very shifty sales practices - for example, selling a product that indicates both federal and state tax E-filing is included, then charging an additional $25 for state E-filing. Also, that product required a download and installation of software as opposed to the ability to use the web version and simply enter a payment key. Finally, while there are many links for additional information or explanations, the only places where one might actually NEED additional information or clarification have no links.

Turbo Tax was harder to use this year

I Have used Turbo Tax for many years.
This year it didn't pull last year's taxes into the 2024 It made it harder had to print last year's
