This product is worse than other years. I was able to fill my taxes, but unable to print them in a final form

Quick, Accurate Tax Filing

I filed a simple, straightforward tax return and used standard deduction. TurboTax walked me through all steps and I quickly, accurately filed my taxes.

State Tax Fee

I have been a customer of Turbotax for over 10 years and probably closer to 20 years. Because of me 2 of my sons now use turbotax to prepare their taxes.
I purchased Turbotax with the enclosed, included, paid for State Filing attachment.
When I filed my taxes, I was disturbed to discover that I was being charged $25.00 for the Pennsylvania State filing - even though I did not owe any state tax and there was no reason for them to deduct from my Federal return for reimbursement. This was very upsetting because, at the end of the whole process of filing this is SPRUNG ON me and I can not waste time at this point due to some personal situations. So very upsetting and I would like an explanation AND DO NOT tell me that this is a Pennsylvania requirement because after being prepared with having my paperwork and documents gathered and waiting, this springs up at the end of a frustrating day.
