Turbo Tax is difficult to use

It is frustrating to use this Turbo Tax software. Because
Constant Updating, The menu is confusing, and not user friendly. I have used turbo tax before, but now it has become more difficult to use

A long time fan - this year was not the best

I preferred the easy step in earlier years. The printing function did not work. I will have to go back another time to print forms.
