MY EXPERIENCE IS GOOD.. IDID NOT ENGAGE WITH ANY ONE I COULD NOT FIGURE OUT FORM IT-119 I NEVER GOT IT NOR RECIEVED PAYMENT REGARDING STAR CREDIT.

Software Changes Should be Communicated Better

I have been using Turbo Tax for 20 plus years and I was taken back by the changes to the new screen for reporting income (interest, dividends, 1099B's). Should of had some prior notification that the software was changed instead of blindly presenting the new screens. Took some time to navigate my way through the screens.

Not loving the new download vs. CD

Iv'e been using Turbo Tax for years with the CD and been very satisfied. This year, instead of a CD, it was downloaded from the internet. This version seemed to be more difficult to use and manuever through. It made it quite tedious and took a lot longer than usual.

Generally, a positive experience. I wish there were more written explanations for some of the questions to ensure my understanding of each question is correct. I also would like to be able to review the calculations for entries TurboTax makes. Sometimes I find it difficult to figure out what TurboTax did with the information I provided.
