TurboTax Fails!

Desktop software did not remind me to add Fed ID pin (IP PIN) when submitting my electronic taxes. I would think that the verview/check would have noticed and warned me. As a result both my federal and states taxes were rejected.

I do full guide through, there's a lot there that I don't need but don't feel comfortable short cutting it.

I have been a Turbo Tax user for over 10 years and have never had any issues with the program or finding help if required. Keep up the good work.

Disappointed!

I've used TurboTax for years and never had a problem until this year. After I put all my time inputing all my tax data, I went to print it out for review and nothing happened! I got all frustrated and finally I read the reviews and found out many people are having the same issue. Finally I followed one reviewers suggestion about going around the system and it worked. This glitch is unacceptable and should have been corrected! I'm very disappointed with the product!
