I have used Turbo Tax for the last 7 years. I have found it to be user friendly, thorough, and well put together. Our tax return is not really complicated but I have found using Turbo Tax gives me a feeling of confidence that it is done correctly.

once I got done with my Tax Returns, I couldn't get the printer to print correctly and tied to move the margins and that just didn't work and then some of the pages have program configuration issues and ended up printing over 28 pages for both State and Federal. I ended up getting less this year compared to the last 8 years where I got much more back. The next time I get this program, I'm going to get the CD to install it than having done over the internet.

Turbo Tax Is the one!

Very easy to use. It is reliable and accurate. It is our go to tax software. We always get the largest refund available. We used to use a national in person preparer. Absolutely frustrating. Screwed up our returns for years. Never a problem with Turbo Tax.

For 13 years TurboTax has been great!

I've used TurboTax to file my Federal and Illinois taxes since 2011. It's never been wrong, I've never had a problem filing, and I've never been audited. I always felt I got the maximum refund available. TurboTax is easy to use and a great product.

Better Last Year

This year I got a lot of "not responding" messages while using the desktop version of Deluxe. I have used Turbo Tax for decades and I don't recall waiting for the software to calculate.
Another issue that concerns me as a Wisconsin resident is that the Medical Insurance premiums from Medicare Part B don't automatically flow to Wisconsin Schedule SB. The part B premiums are entered while filling out the Federal forms, so why not have it flow automatically?
