Loading information was very good. Been using turbo tax for 25 plus years. Could not e-file this year due to inability to find and implement product update. Had to mail both Federal and state returns. Request for updates should be at beginning / opening of product not the end.

Very simple process. Turbo Tax helps when needed. The ability to have all your info automatically loaded to the current years forms is tremendous.

Problems with filing

This year has been a bear to file. Never had this problem before. I don't know if it was because I wasn't using the Premier and went to the Deluxe or what, but nothing carried over and what did was altogether wrong. like my husband filing single, he never has in 46 years of marriage that we have been doing our taxes together,
