Just works. Poor functionality

Hate the nonsense to print the return from your application. Use Adobe version whatever. If you dont use it you go to word and format is jibberish. Terrible. Additionally you require entry of drivers license info to transmit returns even if there is no refund due

Trouble with filing state return. The software kept asking for information not needed for TY2024 and no matter what I did I could not remove the open item.

Good, but needs to support touch screen navigation

It does what I need and I am familiar with it, so I keep buying it. I really like the forms view in the desktop version.
I don't like the clunkiness of the GUI, especially the fact that for most screens, you cannot scroll with your finger on a touch screen.
I also wish that when I download data from Schwab, it would match it to previous years entries instead of creating new ones and then showing the carryovers as needing review.

TurboTax is OK but not as useful as in past

I have been a user for many, many years (20+) and the program seems to be getting less and less intuitive. I often have to do an online search (e.g., Google) to find where I should look to input specific info.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments
