There is a need for some tweaking,

We have been using Intuit Turbo Tax for years, and have been able to complete both Federal and State tax returns with ease. I'm rating this year with 4 stars, because this is the first year I experienced both my Federal and State returns being Immediately rejected, with a Code: IND-996. After quite a bit of research I learned that my Dependent was in need of an IP PIN. It took a month to finally get one from the IRS, but once received, I had to Contact a professional by calling the number your program provided. The Gentleman's name was Kevin, and he was able to walk me through on how and where to enter it in my return. My advice, with all of the hacking and scams going on there will be a lot of people who will most likely have to obtain this IP PIN. Your program should make it a bit more understandable with steps needed to get and IP PIN and for what reason. Be advised that the IRS states they will mail a new IP PIN within the next 20 days by mail. Thank God I decided not to wait until April to file.....
