I had a few questions that I had to research away from TurboTax but it seemed to cover everything pretty easily. The Treasury already has the information for 401Ks and such. Be nice if it was just pulled in then filers were given a change to make corrections and additions.

Easy to use and determine the best options/selections to make for filing your taxes. We are long-time users of TurboTax and between this product and Quicken, the automatic downloads from banks, brokerage houses, etc., filing our taxes seems to get easier each year.

Fairly easy and intuitive. The extra expert help on the phone was needed this year for an ESOP payout.

Have used TurboTax for many years with no issues. When updated, instructions said SAVE would delete ????. Unable to find SAVE as in previous years. More details required than in previous years. Navigation is confusing.

Good but not perfect. Following the instructions I e-filed successfully and then tried to print but could not. After wasting most of the day I was able to print by going to TT-preview. From preview I could print.
