TurboTax is intuitive about remembering what I have used in the past for income sources, and my personal information. It does ask me questions that it already has the information for like my name on credit card, billing address.

Glitches in the Program Download this year

Have used this product for years. It's the first time I have ever had an issue with the program. The program (or at least the download I bought) had continuous glitches. I wasn't able to import last years information for the first time. And, I lost a complete return and had to completely redo the taxes. What a pain and a waste of time. Disappointed.

Turbo Tax 2024 forcing unwanted UDIT package

The software was always excellent in my opinion but this year it started forcing me to join an AUDIT service that I have absolutely no interest in paying for. I spent so much time trying to look up information as to how to get rid of it to no avail. This is a marketing item that most people do not need. Please fix the software so it can be skipped as in the past.
