TURBO TAX 24 IS NOT AWESOME

I HAVE USED TURBO TAX FOR YEARS FOR MY FAMILY. THIS WAS THE WORST YEAR. IT DID NOT GO SMOOTHLY AND OUR FREE TURBO ON LINE WAS NOT. MY GRANDDAUGHTER HAD HER W2 AND A 1099G FOR ONE WEEK OF UNEMPLOYMENT AND YOU WANTED TO CHARGE HER $49.99 BECAUSE OF THE 1099. SHAME ON YOU.

Enter key (not the tab key) should move the cursor

I would like to see the enter key be the key that moves the cursor from one field to the next field instead of the tab key. When you are entering mostly numbers, the tab key requires use of the left hand while the enter key is on the number pad (right hand) where the numbers are.

I have been using Turbo Tax since 1994. It is excellent. Never had any problems.
This year a change - no disc - download only - no problem.
Format a little different this year but still clear and simple.
