Do NOT recommend

Did not expect to pay extra to e-file. Did not know there was an extra fee until all the data was entered.
Could not pay by credit card. Access button was below my computer screen even though I hit the - to reduce screen.
Would not recommend your software.

Turbo Tax is good, but can be better

I have been using TurboTax since early 1990's. The product has improved, but I wish it did not change as much. The Easystep entry works fine, but there are times when it seems you go one step forward and two back.
I would prefer that changes ONLY reflect changes in tax laws, not whims of some programmer who thinks this might be a good thing to do --- having worked with computers since late 1977 I do know something about 'usability testing' I think your team needs some help in that area.

Turbo tax was difficult to use this year

I have been filing using Turbo Tax for the last several years with no issues or problems. I found that this years ffiling was very difficult and took me twice as long. I kept updating and even at the very end before E-filing has to down load again. Not sure if it was you or me.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I moved, I bought or sold investments, I had a baby

They say walk you through it but are still vague. They want you to pay for the tax help. The commercials give the impression the live tax help is free.
