Turbo Tax is expensive

I buy the state return with the program and then turn around and pay it again at filing. I like the actual program until it wants more money when I already paid for state!

Diskless Turbo Tax is a complete headache and pain

Difficult to use. I prefer using a disk copy in case something happens to my computer. I will not be using this product without a disk. Product froze repeatedly and called for long wait periods. I have used TT since 2oo4 and never had this much trouble.

I've been using Turbo Tax for almost 2 decades and find it easier to use each year. The program makes it easy by pulling information from the previous year's program and importing it into the current year. It also let's you choose whether you want to navigate the program on you own or be walked through step-by-step.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

The Zoom Documents with additional info didn't work; however, the rest of the program is its usual convenience and intuitive (user for over 10 years)

Could be better to allow NRA be placed in SSN

It was okay, but there really needs to be an option to put Non-residential Alien (NRA) in my spouse's SSN. She doesn't live in the USA yet and doesn't have an SSN or ITIN because she's not a citizen or is a resident of the USA. Now, I have to file my tases through mail instead of e-file which I won't get my returns for another 3-4 weeks. I would've given this product 5 stars if it allowed me to e-file with NRA in my spouse's SSN box, but due to the lack of this option only 2 stars is earned. PLEASE add an option to put NRA in my spouse's SSN, otherwise I'll be looking elsewhere for a new software next year to file my taxes.
