There seem to be some snags when opening the program. It just spins, like the program hasn't loaded properly. No on screen info to tell you what is happening or how much longer it will take. Also, why is there no State of Wisconsin form available?

Had trouble with accuracy rcorded some income twice, and after checking it Turbo Tax didn't find. Very bad this year

Filing my daughters returns but hit a snag. Called Turbo Tax help line and spoke with Karen. Karen walked me thru various steps to eventually find what I was missing. Karen very pleasant to speak with she listened to my concerns. Very knowledgeable. Thank you !
