Bait and Switch

The help gets less helpful so then you may want to pay more money but that defeats the purpose of buying the software. I feel there is a little bait and switch going on.

Change is not always good.

2024 version seemed to work fine; however, the data entry format was significantly changed from prior years. This made entry of the data from investment firms/mutual funds, etc. much more difficult than previously and also made checking for data entry mistakes significantly more difficult.

IP PIN

Due to a previous identity theft issue, I am issued a IP PIN each year. There is no place to add this information within the program and my returns are rejected every year on the first attempt. What can be done with this issue?

File two state tax without move-in and out date?

Overall I am happy with your product. But I am wondering if there could be an option that I can choose to file two state taxes without moving in and out. Current software assumes I move from one state to another. But actually I split my time for staying two states. It should be an option I can choose a percentage instead of entering move-in and move-out dates. Is this possible?
