Good product and value

I've used TurboTax for years, but never ran into this "keychain" requirement before. Never heard of this and it cost me hours to figure out. Your product is great, but if you continue to throw curveballs I will look elsewhere for a tax return software product.

Eventually got the job done

The filing process did not seem as user friendly as last year's version of Turbo-tax. I may have had more questions this year than last. I looked up answers to my questions and/or used AI apps to help get answers, rather than buy their tax advice for an additional $60.

Good, but no information on itemized amounts

Good experience overall. However, Turbo Tax hides the amounts between itemized and standard deductions. Very frustrating to have to go to the forms to get this info. It would be good to know, when spending all the time to add in the itemized amounts, that I'm either very close or not at all close to the standard deduction amounts in these cases.
