Turbo Tax needs to test their software.

Starla, the person who help me was awesome. However, I simply should not have had a problem. I typically do my taxes and then save them and review them a few weeks later to be sure they are correct. When I logged in today, Turbo Tax did not pull up my completed return. I had to call the help line and fortunately Starla was able to help me recover my completed return and file it. This is the second time that I had to call the help line. When I was inputting my tax information Turbo Tax pulled in my Schwab information. However, Turbo Tax did not recognize it even though it was on the tax form. I had to call the help line and be walked through erasing the information and reinputting by hand. Again, the person who help me was very professional and I was able to complete the form. I will probably use Turbo Tax again next year, but if I get problems like this, I will look to use another vendor's software. This is completely unacceptable.

Absolutely getting out of hand with fees, on top of having to jump in and out of the program for states instead of just having it all in one
