Glitchy when accessing mult returns

Had an issue with information on w2. had to change entry from box 17. tried chat but that was totally useless. ended up going through federal deductions 3 times to get the correct information entered. Would have caused a $600.00 discrepancy in my return

I bought the deluxe option. It was more difficult than in the past. I use a Mac and the two notable frustrations were 1) When deleting a no longer needed 1099 doc I hit delete and the screen turned gray. I had to search for help to find out I had to scroll up the screen to find a box asking me to confirm my selection. 2) when updating 1099-b info I had to scroll down to the Botton to use the slider bar to scroll page to the right so edit and delete options were available next to the needs review. There was plenty of the blank space to the right for the edit and delete options so I don't know why a slider bar was required and it made filing taxes more tedious and frustrating. I also found the help section showed other users that shared my frustrations on both of these pain points.
