It's ok, not the same

I have used the program for the past 10 plus years or more and the past 2 years I have had numerous technical issues. Last year I was not able to submit a return electronically and this year I have not been able to update the program, I keep receiving an error message and I have not been able to submit electronically.

Needs zoom option

You MUST add the ability to zoom / adjust size of fonts! I use a Mac with a high-resolution external monitor and the software is IMPOSSIBLE to use comfortably for hours to complete a return!

Lots of issues with the new online version

Lots of issues with this new online version. Data that was entered would not appear, W2 upload did not populate correctly, data would later popup on the step by step portion. Very confusing this year.

One Improvement needed

Appreciated the improvement in how to auto download directly from my various accounts, but am concerned that you said at the end that all my forms were complete when there were still some 1099 Div and 1099 Int that needed to be reviewed and updated/changed. This should be corrected.
