Wish you had not discontinued the disk. The new format for entering investment income (dividends, interest and capital gains/losses is so cumbersome. i hate it! I am a degreed accountant who has 30 years of tax experience.

Bad Experience Tax Year 2024

I am a long-time customer of TurboTax, and frankly, I'm very disappointed with this company. I have difficulty understanding the instructions, and I had to pay extra for the State e-filing. The add-ons and additional fees are excessive. Also, there was no audit protection this year like prior years. I hope that TurboTax becomes more consumer friendly and stops charging for so many additional add-ons and expenses. I will not be using TurboTax in future years.
