Have used Turbotax for 10+ years. Have found it very easy to use, even for a very confusing K-1 form. Will continue to use Turbotax in the future.

Turbo Tax is flawed

I have a brand new computer and installed Turbo tax. It would not save my return. I wasted 4 hours of my time before I had a solution. The work around was simple, but I lost work and spent way too much time looking for that solution to save the file on my desktop. That is an extremely poor user experience.
