HOW DO YOU FIX IT NOW??

I followed all of the instructions and emailed the Federal and State tax forms (there was a $25 charge for filing Rhode Island's). They were both rejected. It had something to do with last year's gross income. So, I added that information and refiled the Federal tax and it was accepted. I proceeded to refile the state tax and it would not go through. I looked up why it was rejected and the instructions said to return to my account and select "Fix it now." I could not find the option to fix the problem. I spent the next half hour going through every channel I could think of. Finally, somehow, I got to the end, the system would not let me avoid paying another $25 if I e-filed, so I printed and mailed it.

Long time Turbo Tax user will not use TT again

Turbo Tax was erroneously calculating RMD across multiple IRA accounts. It was very difficult and it took a long time for TT to implement a correction. This delayed filing my tax return by 6 weeks.

I've used Turbo Tax for over ten years. For Ourselves and our Kids. Never a problem always The best refund. (if one is due). Very Easy , Great service for questions and Help.

High cost for second State

Straight forward explanations and downloading input all went well, almost painless!
My only complaint was high cost for adding a second non-resident state return. It's $45 plus $25 e-filing and I had no refund.
