turbotax is ok, but not perfect - yet

ok but there are some areas that a bit wonky. Filing and paying has too many screens and the box for employer hsa contributions is very confusing

Everything was fine. But I thought I was entitled to one free state filing and then it says we have to pay $25. So i paid extra for nothing. Kind Regards

Turbo Tax can be frustrating.

Had lots of trouble with downloads of updates. I had to go to the website and get them to progress. Also had trouble with the GA credit form. Think that I needed to use 140 instead of 125. Turbo would not let me make the change. This was not my first time to use Turbo Tax.

Turbo Tax is Cumbersome

Too many "pages" to go through to complete my taxes. You have especially made dividends, interest and capital gains cumbersome. It used to be simpler.
