TurboTax for my personal taxes , is always better each year ! I simply love it. If something is new and looks somewhat complicated, just use the questionnaire and Just like That you will see the details and summary.

Formerly 'Awesome ... now not as user friendly.

I have used TT for more than thirty years, and always found it user-friendly and helpful.
This year was a totally different experience. I went through the whole process, and a few days later could nofr access my (saved) file for 2024. I saw it on the laptop but could no longer access TT and recover any of my work (let alone review and check it), To say I was frustrated would b e an understatement! I have nowo uninstalled TT and it appears I might be ab lel to access the previous work ... we'll see!

Integration with Financial Firms Works Well

Best feature: Download financial docs. Biggest gripe: You did not alert us regular users how investment documents would be handled differently this year. New downloads from investment company replaces EVERYTHING...not just adds new docs as they are released from the financial institution. Confusing at first untill figured out what you did. This is a serious change without notice.
