Confusing for 2024

TurboTax was more confusing in 2024 than ever before. The final check on my taxes sowed an ambiguous problem with a 1099-NEC, with no clear directive of what needed ton be fixed or how to fix it. Additionally, without any clear explanation, TurboTax wanted me to print and mail documents to "the government" in addition to e-filing. Then, when it printed the "required documents," it was nothing but a sheet with my taxpayer information and a checkbox of receipts I was supposed to send. No further explanation.

TurboTax has went downhill even for easy filers

I am SO done with TurboTax. I will pay an accountant to do this next year. My biggest three complaints:
1.) I already bought TurboTax and am using the product and while using it, you continue to ask me multiple times to buy an additional service of $60. So annoying.
2.) Multiple times it is not clear if you are asking a question when I am using TurboTax.
3.) Multiple times you are asking me for information when you could easily calculate it because you have the information. You're not making it easy to file taxes.
