Turbo is not for the computer illiterate

I felt it was very difficult to navigate from the stand point of returning to where I had left off. There were times when I could not shut my Mac down because I could not get rid of an unnecessary turbo tax info page. Navigating the actual tax detail inputs was straightforward and commendable. If my return had been extremely complicated completing it may have been iffy. If you're looking for help to specific questions during the process, forget it. For my 2023 return that cost $450, this is a bargain at $49.00, including the imagined heart attacks. If I were more computer savvy it would have been a much more pleasant experience.

Turbo Tax keeps improving

Turbo Tax had a hard time exchanging information across two simple state returns. Really amplified how it causes one to answer questions already answered when going back to fill in one data point, again and again.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
