Turbo Tax not so awesome anymore

I like Turbo Tax. I have used it for over 10 years. IT is terrible at the end when you are trying to e-file(FOR FREE) that we are asked to pay $40. Please stop this

Turbo Tax did nothing for me this year, no e-file!

Wish i was able to e-file, but since my information changed from last years return, i have to file both state and federal taxes through the mail. Don't waste your money buying turbo tax if you can't e-file. What a joke. There goes $70 i didn't have and still don't have for this crap software that i could have done by hand instead of computer.

I have been utilizing TurboTax to file my returns for two decades now. TurboTax walks me through my returns step by step - I find it very simple to follow and there are multiple opportunities to search for guidance as I go through the various sections.

TurboTax Deluxe is easy to use. This was my first year actually downloading the software. It was impossible to get the CD version. I have used TurboTax for many years and have always been satisfied with product. Thanks for taking my tax time stress away!!!
