TurboTax was awful

The worst experience I have ever had with TurboTax! I have used the software for the past 30+ and have had little problems in the past but this year was the most difficult and frustrating. I doubt I'll continue using the program in the future. I have tolerated the small print and windows barely 3"x3" rendering them almost unreadable and not able to expand them to accommodate a senior person's challenges. That all needs to be fixed. Also when running the reviews, the findings and references to the form do not indicate what the problem is. I had to chat with a representative for a fix and although she helped me, I emailed the wrong forms in my frustration. Consequently I ended up paying $650. instead of a refund of over $1,000.
TurboTax doesn't get any stars from this veteran user this year.

TurboTax doesn't know how to handle PSO deductions, pensions, Thrift Savings Plan RMD's, etc. You doubled multiple entries, including health insurance cost, RMD amount, and PSO exclusion. You also put the wrong information in the worksheet for the RMD amount distributed in 2024. You listed the total pension amount instead of the RMD amount, and even your AI chatbot said you should have used the info for the RMD instead of the pension amount. We have used TurboTax for years, but after the mess we ran into this year we will never use you again, since we'll save countless hours just doing our return from scratch next year -- and we'll save $76, which is what it cost to sign up online through TT instead of the $45 it used to cost when we bought a CD from a local store.
