I have used Turbo Tax for many years and found it to be easy to use. I did contact a specialist this year and received great customer service. I have already filled out a survey for the encounter

Turbo Tax is good, but it could be better.

I have used TurboTax for years, and it does the job well. However, my greatest pet peeve is that TurboTax collects the same information about various things, such as specific information for my 1099s. So, why do I get asked for that same information each year when it hasn't changed and will not change for a long time, if ever? Just ask me to verify it. Also, there are some circumstances when a better explanation of what is required and how to do it would be helpful. I'm not interested in looking it up. If I wanted to be a tax accountant, I would not use TurboTax.
