You made several changes that make it more difficult to use.
When I was trying to pay for add-on fees w my visa, the 1st form (billing N&A) would not work because the "Continue" button was just below my screen with no way to get to it. IIRC my monitor is 900x1440 pixels. So I switched to "pay with refund" which cost extra fees. Not happy about that!

Good experience. I would appreciate the ability to view actual tax forms at any time during preparation and have the forms on the screen appear just as the federal forms look.

Turbo Tax gets stuck on the efile process.

Turbo Tax works great until I try to E-file. I get all the way through entering my personal information and entering a credit card to pay my tax due, then the program gets stuck on my address. I can't move the screen down to hit a continue button (or something) and everything freezes up.
So, I have to go back and give up on e-file and mail my tax return the old fashioned way. This happened last year also. When will you fix t his problem??
