We had to call help for set up. Glenda was patient and wonderful. We finally figured that we had to turn off McAfee. It was a process. You need to do something to articulate with mafee. It has to be easier than what we went through!!!!

I've been using this software since 1993 and, since I keep coming back. . .
I did have two issues this year. The descriptions in Box 14 of my NJ W-2 were not accounted for in the TurboTax selections but was resolved through "other." And the entries for RMD liability when split between the two states in which I lived this year was somewhat misleading since it didn't differentiate between states, resulting in a notice of 25% penalty due. Finally figured out the need to split the RMD and avoided the error.

I'm not a tax person, but I was able to follow the instructions given for each section of the tax return. The TurboTax program seems thorough, and it gave me confidence as I proceeded with my tax return, so much so, that I decided to pay the additional amount to e-file my state return.
