Got To Fix Schedule C, Line 27b ASAP!

The only reason for 4 stars this year is because there is still a software problem with Line 27b of Schedule C. That line must have either a number greater than zero or be left blank. If a zero. is entered the Smart check will not pass and you cannot get past it. I visited the Turbotax Forum for a solution and the only way I could submit my 2024 return was to delete Schedule C and type it in manually. The fields do not highlight properly, and the form does not match the actual IRS Schedule C. This is very dangerous for people who don't know what populates the Schedule C.

Confusion

Each year you make changes. Oftentimes, the changes are worse. Not sure how you decide. For 2024, the change to interest income section was made much worse. Also, the new section for IRA amount for Dec31, 2024 and who owns it was super confusing.
