6 digit character in e-filing code npt acceptable

I had to get my pin to e-file my taxes. It is a 6 digit number. Every time I try to enter on last page, its says too many digits or incorrect character. What am I supposed to do?

If I am reqired to submit a review before proceeding with filing it is going to be a 1. I also hate being required to bypass providing my personal information every time I open the software.
