I had difficulty downloading the program without the CD. However, the lady from Georgia was extremely helpful and I want you to know that she was pleasant and courteous. I give her five stars.

First time experiencing glitches.

This is the first time I experienced glitches with Turbo Tax after using the program for years. My dividends didn't properly transfer from two financial institutes, and I had to add them manually. Also, I didn't have an appropriate option to select on how to pay my state taxes (Georgia). I paid by credit card, I but had to select "ACH" or "Check" before I could proceed with submitting my forms. Also, you have a "gotcha" $40 fee at the end. Very disappointed. I will investigate other tax filing options for next year.

Noncash situation

Works very well unless you get a 1099-Misc for a noncash item. Had to call support and was very helpful but took a while to figure it out.

I found it much more difficult to navigate. difficulty returning to Turbo Tax prior to completion. I've used TurboTax for many years without a problem.

Good walkthru Questions - small fonts and screen.

TurboTax asks for all the information. However, I felt uncomfortable with my own outstanding questions at certain times during the questioning. I mean there were times I know I wanted to enter something, but I wasn't asked when I thought I should be.
As a person hitting there 60's in age, I wish there was a way to increase the font/screen for better readability.

Turbo Tax has gotten glitchy.

There were so many glitches this year that I've never had to deal with before that I don't know if I'll continue using this product. When I got to Other Forms You May Need, Turbo Tax already had the Property Tax Refund (Form M1PR) box checked. It said, "If you are not ready to file one of the returns below, continue without checking the box. Come back to this screen and complete the return below when you have all the information needed." It would NOT let me uncheck the box! Solutions online were to delete your state taxes and start over. Not happening. There were others, but I ended up having to wait until my county sent me my property tax paperwork to finish and file my taxes. That is absolutely unacceptable. Next glitch, I finished my Federal, State, and Property Taxes and before I could print or file anything a screen came up saying, "You've Filed Your Minnesota Property Tax Refund Request." I hadn't filed anything yet. I believe there was one other, but I am so flustered that I can't even remember what it was. Rethinking Turbo Tax for next year. Especially if the Property Tax issue is not fixed, I'm not waiting to file my taxes again because of a sloppy product.

Rip-off

I have never liked TurboTax and still don't. I only use it because my wife buys it. There are many areas of the program that lack some basic functions. Plus, it is a rip-off. I prepared a return for my granddaughter. She happened to live in two states in 2024. She had to pay $45 for one of the states. An absolute rip-off. Her income for the state was $9551. Her refund was $118 and had to pay $45 to get the forms.
