Turbo tax is the best, I was confident in my product created by the intuitiveness of INTUIT Turbo Tax that I didn't feel the need to engage the "help assistant."

Software errors unfixed

Software errors known about for at least 4 years that have not been fixed, nor is there a pop-up to alert customers who import W2s when they have residency in one state while living in another state. Failure to e-file when taxpayer has had withholdings in two states.

1st time turbotax buyer

Could not submit return with overrides (which were correct numbers), there should be an option that says, "you have overrides do you want to submit the return as is".
Also, Turbotax defaults a $40 filing fee, when they claim that you get to file your return for free.

Can't Save or Print!

I am unable to save as a PDF or print my 2024 fed and state taxes. When I click the PRINT button, it says it will take 2-3 minutes to set up. I've been waiting at least 15 minutes and nothing.

Easy to Use: Page by Page Question & Answer Format

Relatively easy to understand the software's Q&A approach and to use it. It would be helpful if the "Next Page" buttons weren't always at the bottom of the page requiring extensive cursor movement just to advance. Also, as you complete each part of a section, it always takes you back to the top of the section you just finished, requiring scrolling down further and further as you progress. These are MINOR deficiencies and they haven't kept me from re-purchasing the product for years of use.
