Simple, intuitive and resourceful

Always an easy task using TurboTax. Everything is easy to understand and I always choose to get walked through every step. Tax prep may not be my favorite thing to do, but TurboTax makes it less painful.

Trouble filing California State Return

The program wouldn't let me pay to electronically file my Califonia State Return and the Intuit representative was not able to resolve the issue. So, I wanted to MAIL the return in, but the instructions from Turbotax only addressed electronic filing and the Intuit representative said I could not change my filing choice from electronic to mail, so he gave me a link the the California Tax Board for instructions.
