TurboTax generated its own error and set me up for 4 rejections once I paid $35 to defend me it corrected its own error!!!! Nice job!

Not happy with this years TT

The software is way more complex this year than in the past .I was never offered the chance to down load my state , when i was done with Fed I had go find a way to down load state, it was like a total different program, not part of the basic TT Deluxe. Early on it ask if I wanted quarterly forms , I said yes but was never offered a point where i could down load and it never happened automatically???? Don't think I will use TT next year?

I would have given a five star review if there hadn't been an undocumented $40.00 E-filing fee. It was only disclosed at the very end of the preparation process just prior to E-filing. I have been using TurboTax since 2005 and do not recall having to pay an additional $40.00 as a E-filing processing fee. I searched everywhere in the TurboTax product folder for information concerning this additional charge. It was NOT provided. E-filing and processing was a free service in the past as it was the prefered method for filing. Also, the usual software CD is now no longer available.
