Federal - great. State - needs help

Federal tax step-by-step was easy. The State (AZ) step-by-step was not very intuitive or all that helpful. I ended up having to do much on-line research to complete my State taxes.

Thorough and easy to use

The software, once installed, is thorough and relatively easy to use (at least if you are finding a simple tax return, such as I was doing). My biggest problem -- not a major one but a nuisance -- was getting the software installed on my Mac after it was downloaded. (I forget the specific reason, and it was solvable.)
