Solid help awaits you!

I have been using TurboTax for a number of years, but this is the first time I needed some assistance.
Was connected to a rep, Monique, who tried to help me and was courteous and transferred me to another representative who solved my problem. There was no wait in contacting TurboTax help, the whole process was not only painless but rewarding. Got to talk briefly with two people who were competent in their jobs.
TurboTax is absolutely the way to go!

There is a software problem for the State of MN

No help with St. Louis County Homestead Credit refund. I get the refund but you software does not let me fill out the form as an over 65 disabled person. I will get approximately $1221 refund according to St. Louis County. Now I will have to fill out this for by hand because your software is incorrect.

TurboTax errors

I already filed my taxes on 2/17/2025, IRS and PA State excepted my returns. Today I wanted to printout my quarterly estimated taxes forms, since I haven't received them from the IRS. Of course Tubo Tax did an update, but program wanted to know if I was ready to file my taxes when I already filed. Now there is a difference of $9462 for federal taxes, and $774 for PA state taxes.
