TT is EFFICIENT

Turbo Tax knew about all the changes in both the Federal and State Tax laws. Recommendation: I am 79 and my wife is 77 the IRS uses the 1040 SRS form NOT the 1040 Individual. Many pages were blank because the questions were NOT in my TT Deluxe.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

TT worked but could use some improvement

Generally worked well. Importing brokerage forms took several tries. It brought some records in with $0 values. I had to delete them and try again. And then delete $0 entries again. I ended up spending a lot of time verifying that everything was imported correctly.

not as easy to use as in years past. i believe you have removed a lot of help pop-ups in order to sell your "help" add-ons. not nice. not nice!

It's easy to use but certain steps are not clear

When Pulling information from ADP system, the program missed understand data from box 14 which created confusion.
Also, when filing/submitting the taxes, TurboTax wasn't clear that the amount of federal taxes due was being subtracted from the state refund
