They make you sign in to intuit account to use this software. I bought it, it is on my pc, but without connecting to the Intuit account, it is worthless.

TurboTax Not too Hard to Use

My return was not too difficult to prepare this time. I did not need tax advice this time. While I had to do considerable cross checking with my data, the Tax Return Forms and TurboTax entry windows, was able to verify my data was entered correctly upon comparing to the information in the tax forms and TurboTax windows. I also keep detailed records.
A note on TurboTax 2024: After downloading investment information, I found the entry windows for capital gains and dividends were confusing in that the titles clipped the investment titles requiring me to update the titles and the way the window scrolled each time I selected an investment was irritating. Work on it for next year.

Always asking for more money after the software was purchased. The return process is not easy and they make it much harder than the online platform ever did. Would not recommend.
